A length, width and height written without context can refer to one cell, one folded unit or the completed layout. Separating these measurements helps the supplier prepare a comparable quotation and a workable packing plan.
Separate cell size from connected-unit size
State the internal cell dimensions and the number of cells connected in each factory-folded unit. Mark the opening direction and any end panels on the drawing.
- Cell length, width and height
- Cells per connected unit
- Required overall installed length
Describe the intended layout
Straight runs, corners, returns and changes in level affect panel arrangement and connector quantities. A simple plan view is usually more useful than a product name alone.
Add destination and handling limits
Destination, unloading method, storage space and preferred bundle size influence packing and loading. These items should be discussed before the commercial offer is finalized.
