A loading estimate is only reliable when it uses confirmed package data and the selected equipment. Product quantity alone does not define a safe or practical load.
Freeze product and package data
Use confirmed quantities, folded dimensions, bundle size, package mass, lifting points and stacking restrictions.
Confirm equipment and route
Check container type, door opening, internal constraints, loading equipment and any inland or destination handling limits.
Document the final plan
Issue package marks, a loading sequence and a packing list that correspond to the actual goods, and record approved changes.
