Made-to-order mesh products often move through several drawing revisions. A visible approval status and revision trail reduce the risk of production or inspection using superseded information.

Give every issue a clear identity

Use a drawing number, revision, issue date and approval status on each page and in related correspondence.

Record what changed

Summarize dimensional, material, quantity or packing changes instead of asking reviewers to find every difference visually.

Align downstream records

Carry the approved revision into production instructions, inspection documents and packing references, and withdraw obsolete copies.
