Fabric liners selected to match the cell geometry, fill and installation method. A clear liner schedule helps buyers compare complete units and replacement components.
The loose drape shows a cut edge and fold, not an approved fixing arrangement. Confirm the cut pattern, attachment and bottom coverage by drawing; texture does not establish polymer, mass, filtration or waterproofing. Open the full-size appearance illustration ↗

Item
What to confirm
Material and construction
Polymer and woven/nonwoven construction to be agreed against the intended use.
Nominal mass
Mass per unit area and acceptance basis; do not use weight as the only selection criterion.
Cut dimensions
Cell dimensions, coverage, seams, overlaps and bottom-fold arrangement.
Attachment
Fixing locations, attachment method and compatibility with the mesh unit.
Relevant properties
Request the necessary mechanical, filtration, drainage or UV information for the actual application.
Replacement scope
Identify existing unit drawings, liner count, condition of the mesh and any proposed material change.
Packing and identification
Folded or roll format, item labels, quantity and dry storage requirements.
diagram labels are in English. Not a construction drawing or evidence of dimensions or performance.
01
Match the liner to the fill
State the intended fill and whether particle retention, filtration or drainage properties are required. Nominal fabric mass alone does not establish suitability; the relevant material properties and evidence should be agreed.
02
Confirm the cut and attachment
Specify cell dimensions, liner coverage, top attachment, overlaps, seams and the bottom arrangement on a marked drawing. Do not assume that a replacement liner will fit every basket with the same nominal height.
03
Review exposure and handling
Describe sunlight exposure, storage, transport and filling conditions. Where UV resistance, tensile, puncture or hydraulic properties matter, agree the required data and test basis rather than assuming a generic fabric grade.
04
Keep the application boundary clear
A permeable geotextile liner is not a waterproof membrane. Flood-control or liquid-containment suitability cannot be established from a fabric colour, weight or product image; the complete system needs design review.
