01

Choose the right basket category

A stone-filled welded basket is not the same configuration as a soil-filled, geotextile-lined barrier. Identify the intended fill, visible faces and application before comparing quotations.

02

Define the complete assembly

Include base, sides, ends, lid, any diaphragms, connectors and internal bracing in the drawing and bill of materials. Confirm which components arrive joined and which are assembled on site.

03

Coordinate fill and installation

The project designer should check stone grading against the mesh, face arrangement, drainage and the filling sequence. Do not infer retaining-wall stability from an empty basket dimension or a product photograph.

04

Inspect against an agreed drawing

Before acceptance, compare panel dimensions, opening size, wire, coating, panel edges and connector fit with the approved specification. Record shortages and transport damage before assembly.
