A container estimate is only as reliable as its product and packing inputs. Early figures should be identified as planning estimates until drawings, weights and bundle dimensions are confirmed.
Use confirmed folded dimensions
Installed dimensions do not describe the shipping shape. Record the folded unit and final bundle dimensions after allowances for straps and protection.
Check both mass and usable space
Compare payload limits with practical floor area, door clearance and the space required for safe loading and unloading.
Label estimates by revision
Show the data revision and assumptions beside every loading estimate so a later product change does not leave an outdated quantity in the commercial documents.
