How to review helical connector quantities before shipment

A drawing-led method for checking helical connectors, panel interfaces, spares and package labels before barrier units are shipped.

Connector quantity follows the actual panel interfaces, not simply the number of cells. Reviewing the assembly drawing and packing list together reduces shortages and unidentified loose components.

Count interfaces from the approved layout

Separate factory-connected joints from field joints and identify corners, end closures and stacked interfaces on the drawing.

Define the spare allowance

Agree a reasonable spare quantity based on handling and site conditions. Record it separately so it is not mistaken for the installation count.

Match labels to installation zones

Pack and label connectors by unit type or installation zone where practical, and cross-reference the labels in the packing list.
